Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at saleswonderhenna@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the product for a refund according to our return policy below.
Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Perishable items such as pre-mixed henna paste are not eligible for return.
- Return Process:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at saleswonderhenna@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges
